How to use it

Cut out each shape along its dashed outline. Circle first (one long steer), then square and triangle (four and three corners). The cut-out shapes make great collage pieces afterwards.

Safety: child-safety scissors and a grown-up nearby, always. Left-handed child? Left-handed scissors make a real difference.

Why this comes at 4.5+

Cutting a full circle typically lands around four, and squares with clean corners closer to four and a half — this sheet is the graduation exercise of the whole series.

Every child moves at their own pace — treat the age as a signpost, not a test. Like everything Doodle Turtle makes, it waits for your child.
